The Clutter Clearing Consultancy work with Corporate Companies in many different ways, depending on their need.
Clutter and CPD (Continuing Professional Development) Training
The principle of CPD training is to help develop your career by continually updating your knowledge and skill set.
What could it do for you or your staff if they knew how to clear, control and organise their workspaces? How could that increase your company productivity, work environment and efficiency?
We provide in-house CPD sessions of up to 2 hours helping staff at all levels both on a formal and informal basis. Knowing how to clear clutter and get organised is also a transferable skill that people can use in their homes.
The course will help attendees:
- Understand where clutter comes from
- Learn how to clear a backlog of clutter quickly and efficiently and control it in the long term
- Learn how to organise their workspace so that it works for them and their needs
In-House Training / Awareness
Do you have staff who, in their appraisal, always have ‘must get more organised’ on their to do list?
We provide in-house training specifically for this group of people:
- to help them understand why they’re not organised
- to help them understand what the benefits specifically to them of being organised would be so that they have a compelling reason to change
- to teach them the skills of how to do it at a practical level
Using NLP coaching techniques we can work with people on a 1-2-1 or group basis.
Departmental De-clutter
There are times when a department want to have a dedicated time to go through their current paperwork and archives in order to establish what does and doesn’t need to be kept and consequently make more space and/or save costs on off site storage facilities.
We can provide both the training, on-site support and shredding services involved with a departmental de-clutter and, if required, the associated local PR.
Home Worker Office set up service
More and more companies are enabling their staff to work from home which helps reduce company overheads but can lead to increased chaos and clutter in the staff members home.
We work with individual members of staff, in their home to help them make space for their new workspace, get the new space organised and set up systems and procedures that will work for them and ensure they are fulfilling the needs of their head office.
Many of those we have worked with are not used to being self sufficient in terms of working on their own, dealing with paperwork, organising and time planning which is why, when we work with someone setting up a home office, we provide 6 weeks of weekly telephone coaching to help them use, tweak and learn how to work from home efficiently.

Clare Baker, our Founder and Specialist Clutter Clearing Consultant, has 7 years of working directly with individuals and comapnies who have clutter. This means that she has hundreds of stories, examples and anecdotes relating to people, companies and their clutter. She even has the Pickled Monkey, Beatrice Potter book worth £7,500 and dead snake examples to bring to her talk if required….
