Don't start the day with a list of 200 things to do and think that you have any chance of doing all 200.

Sure, make a list of what you need to do. Then pick out the 6 priority things to do and put a 1 next to the most important, 2 to the next most important one and so on.

6 is a realistic number of things to achieve in a day given we all have lives to live, things to do.
