I don’t want anyone to know I’m getting help

We understand.

Most of our clients don’t want people knowing because they’re embarrassed, don’t want the added pressure or questions from others, just want to get on with it.

That’s why we have the eBooks that you can download and work from on your computer, so that even if you share your home with someone else, as long as your computer is password protected they won’t know that you’re getting help.

The Telephone Support is similar – if you don’t want anyone else to know you’re getting the support you can book your calls for a time when you know when you’ll be on your own, and because you’re calling a regional number it won’t look odd on any bills that others might get to see.

The workshops and help in the home are another way that your friends and family don’t need to know you’re getting help. Many people who attend them who have kids say that the 10am start is good because they can drop the kids off at school before they turn up, and then they can simply arrange for their kids to go to a friends to play after school or go to a sleepover so that the 4pm for workshops or 6pm for home consultations finish doesn’t create a problem a the end of the day.
