It consists of 8 telephone calls with with Clare Baker, our founder and Specialist Clutter Clearing Consultant who does all the Telephone Support work, answering structured questions about you and your clutter so that they can put together a unique audio MP3 file and script for you to help you get started and stay motivated.

You also get your own private area on this website that no one else can see or access and has:

• a record of your successes
• your 'before' photographs that we take on the day
• your to do list
• information sheets relevant to you
• storage ideas relevant to you
• Your motivation CD so you can listen to it on-line
