We don’t charge by the hour (although we give you the per hour equivalent) as we don’t want you worrying about the cost going up the longer we are there helping you. If you have help in your home, it is a fixed price for a consultation for a minimum of 4 and up to 8 hours help.
This way you know up front how much a consultation will cost - you don't have to worry about any extra costs or the clock ticking once we arrive.
If you book a day you have us for the day and only pay for 8 hours. If it takes us 9 or 10 hours to do what needs to be done to ensure you’re not left in chaos, then we’ll stay that long and it will not cost you for the extra hours.
The last thing you need is to be worrying about the cost going up or being left in more chaos than when we arrived!
If you have weekly, or even just one Telephone Coaching call at a fixed price of £25 per week (you can have the call fortnightly or monthly if you prefer and it's cheaper) and compare it to an average book on de-cluttering costs of £5.99, that’s the equivalent of 4 de-cluttering books that you’re putting into practical action each week with just one phone call. How many de-cluttering books are on your shelf (or amongst your clutter!) that you haven’t been able to turn into action and use to make a difference to your clutter? Maybe talking to someone regularly would help you get started, stay on track, stay focused and succeed this time.

When we help you in your home we provide you with 6 weeks of FREE practical follow up support....
...... so that the help, support and advice from your consultant continues after they've been to your home. This is particularly important as you continue on your own doing what we started doing on the day/s, and come across challenges as you inevitably will. We’ll be there for 6 weeks to give you specific, taior-made advice relevant to you and your home based on what we learnt about you and your home when we were with you.

We don't believe anyone COULD or SHOULD tell you what to do with your clutter - how can they possibly know what's best for you? If you're not comfortable with friends and family making decisions for you, then how can you possibly be comfortable with a complete stranger making decisions for you, even if they are a de-cluttering and organising expert? They don't live your life, do they?
As the saying goes:
BEFORE YOU JUDGE SOMEONE, WALK A MILE IN THEIR SHOES.
And as we add to that - you still won't be able to make judgments for them even after 100 miles!
What to us is just a piece of paper may be to you a last letter from a loved one. Our coaching skills enable us to help you make the decisions about your clutter rather than making the decisions for you - we know that legally we couldn't tell you what to do with your clutter even if we wanted to!
We will help YOU decide what's best for YOU and your belongings. We do this through coaching techniques, giving you idea, suggestions and examples that you may not have considered before so that you can make a decision that is comfortable for YOU.
