| About the Course By becoming a Clutter Consultant at The Clutter Clearing Consultancy you can help people achieve real results in their homes by enabling clients to do it themselves rather than doing it for them. The Clutter Clearing Consultancy was founded by Clare Baker in order to de-clutter the de-cluttering industry. Concerned that there were individuals who were not qualified or regulated and were making judgements on people's belongings, Clare felt that this was disempowering the person who had the clutter and creating a dependency in the clients for the decluttering company. Clare knew that there was more to clutter than just physical clutter and that to truly clear the clutter the client needed to learn how to do it for themselves and by themselves in order for it to truly change their homes, which meant that there needed to be some mental decluttering as part of the process. So Clare modelled over 50 people who were good at decluttering, including herself, to learn how to de-clutter. 1 year later she launched The Clutter Clearing Consultancy. The Clutter Clearing Consultancy is unique in that it doesn’t declutter for people – it enables people to do it for themselves. What to us may be a worthless piece of paper may be to someone else a last letter from a loved one and we don’t believe it’s our place to make judgements on other people’s belongings. Clutter Clearing Coaches work with the client to help the client decide what they want their home to be like, what level of clutter they’d be comfortable with, and help them acknowledge and reward their efforts. By undertaking this training, during which you are a Trainee Clutter Clearing Coach, you will receive training from Clare Baker, the Founder and Specialist Clutter Clearing Coach. You will work towards becoming a Clutter Clearing Coach at a time when the industry is growing rapidly and the issue of ‘doing it for the client’ is becoming ever more prominent and the uniqueness of The Clutter Clearing Consultancy and the way it works is becoming ever clearer. Our Clutter Clearing Coach Training programme is designed to give you practical skills and experience in how to enable people to declutter and support them both in the home and remotely. As a Trainee Clutter Clearing Coach you will receive regular monthly coaching and mentoring and attend the bi-annual Clutter Clearing weekend to ensure that your skills, knowledge and experience will continue to develop and can be shared with other Coaches. Clare Baker, Specialist Clutter Coach and Founder of Clutter Clearing. Clare has 10 years experience of working on a full time basis with people who have clutter. Once taken and passed it will demonstrate that you have the basic understanding about the issue of clutter and can talk knowledgeably about the issue of clutter. The Assessment is compulsory if you wish to progress to Step 2 in the training. Course Certificate: On successful completion of the 6 days and the course assessment, you will receive a certificate that recognises your completion of the training. You will also get listed on the Clutter Clearing directory as a Trainee Clutter Coach which will help generate enquiries and leads for you, and become a Trainee member of the Clutter Clearing Coaches Circle. You then move on to turn the 12 month period of turning the theory into practice. |
