Feeling Overwhelmed
Sound character provides the power with which a person may ride the emergencies of life instead of being overwhelmed by them.

29.4% of our top tip subscribers tell us that the word they would use to describe how their clutter makes them feel is 'overwhelmed'.
Sound familiar?
Overwhelm is usually made up of several ingredients, including:
- Expectation about how long it will take
- Expectation and fear about the difficulty of making decisions
- Fear of making the wrong decision and regretting it later
- Fear of letting go
- Seeing the sheer volume of things to sort through
- Fear about where it's all going to go
All our clients say that, following our process whether by themselves or with our help, once they find a place to start, a process to follow and realise that it's not a matter of deciding just to 'keep' or 'not keep', the sense of overwhelm disappears.
Whether it's following out process by themselves or with our help, we can help lesses the sense of overwhelm in 3 main ways:
1. By yourself
Ideal if you can be strict with putting aside 10-15 minutes a day to sit down and do some work on your de-cluttering.
You can de-clutter and organise yourself by following our step by step process that is detailed in the eBooks, MP3 Audio Guides, DIY Kits and using the Clutter Clearing Category Cards.
If you can commit to making 10 minutes a day to your de-cluttering, or 3 x 30 minutes a week then you can successfully follow our process and de-cluttter without the need for one to one help.
