Familiar? When you open the door to the room or cupboard that has the clutter in, where do you start? If you feel exhausted by it all before you even start, or you can't see any light at the end of the tunnel (or worse, don't believe there is any light at the end of the tunnel) then we're hardly going to be motivated to do the de-cluttering, are we? We can help you overcome the overwhelm without having to come to your home. |

Familiar? When you open the door to the room or cupboard that has the clutter in, where do you start? If you can't find a place to start, then you're NEVER going to get to the end! We can help you find a place to start without having to come to your home. |

Familiar?Wouldn't it be great if you didn't need to sleep? Maybe then we'd have enough time to do everything we need to do (or maybe not!) Time is the one thing that we can't give you more of - but we can help you MAKE time for your clutter clearing. Many clients have telephoen coaching or help in their home simply because it forces them to make time to do it - otherwise they feel they've let down someone other than themselves, therefore they feel more motivated and accountable for doing the de-cluttering. |

Familiar?Wouldn't it be great if we could keep everything and never have to make a decision about what to keep and what not not to keep?! Yet if you've tried to de-clutter on your own, (or with the help of friends and family) I expect you've found it tough. It's just not that easy is it? Especially when you're worried that you'll regret your decision. No one can make the decision for you other than you, but you can make it easier for yourself to make the decision, especially if you currently de-clutter by a 'keep', 'throw', 'charity' method. Imagine being 'allowed' to have a 'not sure' category - wouldn't that be great? (we'll let you....!) |

Familiar?Letting go can be hard - especially when the items are sentimental memories from the past. Whether we like it or not, we're going to have to let go of some of our belongings if we want to have more space. Besides, how can we make space for more, maybe nicer / better belongings to come into our home and lives if we don't have space for them? If we're clear about what we're trying to achieve by de-cluttering, and giving ourselves more options than just putting it in the bin, then it's easier (although still not easy) to let go of items that will not be part of our clutter free home. That's why getting clear about life AFTER the clutter will help with this challenge. Most of our clients say that they find it easier to let go of things when they have help in their home because their consultant helps them stay focused on their life without clutter, rather than on how their life was / is. |

Familiar? Some of our clients have been de-cluttering for years - literally years. When they call us up asking for help on the telephone or in their home, they're at the point where there's no light at the end of the tunnel and they've lost all hope. Not a great place to be. It's almost impossible to keep going when there's no end in sight. They process we teach people is always focused on the end goal of a clutter free room / home, which means that we're always thinking about the end, and by checking that end every time we do some de-cluttering we're always getting closer to it. The more we focus on the end, the easier it becomes to make decisions, make time, feel motivated etc. |

Familiar? No one enjoys doing their de-cluttering - or not until they use the process we teach! it's not unusual for clients to find that they actually start to enjoy their de-cluttering using our process because it enables them to feel in control - sometimes even doing some clutter clearing when they feel out of control of other areas of their life so that they get that feeling of being in control. If you avoid doing your de-cluttering then we need to work out why, and we can do this without a home visit. |

Familiar? You almost certainly have no energy because you've tried to de-clutter on your own before and either achieved very little, or got frustrated and given up. The challenge hers is that you can't see a clear enough goal - so you don't have enough of a sense of purpose, enough benefits to de-cluttering. It's very hard to find the energy to do anything when you're thinking' what's the point?'. Once you can see the point of the de-cluttering, and the benefits outweigh the effort required to start, you'll find that it gets easier to find the energy to do some clutter clearing. We can help you see a point to de-cluttering without the need for a home visit. |
