What is a teleseminar?
The term 'teleseminar' is short for 'telephone seminar'. They are similar to traditional seminars / workshops in content and purpose, but they are given over a telephone rather than at a specific location.
Teleseminars are used to provide information or training to a group of people interested in a particular topic and requires the participants to call a specific number at a pre-arranged time so that they can listen into a a trainer or expert talk about a specific topic. They also enable the participants to ask questions and have a discussion with the trainer without having to be in the same physical place.
Participants phone a specific telephone number rather than have to physically go to a venue, saving time and money for anyone who wants to know about the subject being discussed, and enabling people anywhere in the world to benefit from the knowledge being shared.
The other advantage is that although you may hear the other participants on the telephone ask questions or participate in the discussion, teleseminars are completely anonymous - you will never see the other particpants, only hear them.
This means that people anywhere in the world at a specified time and get the benefit of the information or training, regardless of where they live as long as they have access to a telephone.
Teleseminars with the Clutter Clearing Consultancy last approximately 50 minutes - 1hour (depending on how many questions are asked by the participants).
