I’m Clare Baker — a former Clutterholic and Hoarder
who spent 10 years trapped in shame, overwhelm, and fear.
I know what it’s like to feel stuck.

And I know what it takes to change.
I didn’t clear my clutter through blitzing, tidying, or being “ruthless”.
I cleared it by understanding the psychology underneath — and
